Visa C (short-stay visa)
The C-type (short-term) Schengen visa to Lithuania allows short stay up to 90 days within a 180-day period. The application form should be filled out online on the following website: https://www.migracija.lt/en/. To access the application form, choose your nationality from the list, then select the Schengen visa application form and create your login.
You must submit your application at least 15 days before your intended journey and no earlier than 6 months beforehand.
Applicants are required to book and attend an in-person appointment at the Embassy to submit biometric data and all required documentation.

Note that the normal processing time for a Schengen visa application is 15 days. This period may be extended to up to 45 days if a more detailed examination of the application and/or additional documents are required. Please note that Embassy may request additional supporting documents at any time.
Long-stay visas
Applications for Lithuanian long-term (National D) visas and temporary residence permits (TRP) must be submitted to the Migration Department under the Ministry of the Interior (Migracijos departamentas) or their designated external service provider (VFS Global).
